【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardappliestoautomaticbacksplittingmachinesandspecifiessafetyandhealthrequirementsformachinesusedinslaughterhousesinordertofullyautomaticallysplitmeatanimal(beefandpork)alongtheback-boneaxis,splittingthecarcassintotwoparts(seeFigure1).Thisdocumentdealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttoautomaticbacksplittingmachines,whentheyareusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4).Thisdocumentdealswiththesignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsduringtransport,assemblyandinstallation,commissioninganduseasdefinedinENISO12100-1:2003,5.3.Thisdocumentisnotapplicabletoautomaticbacksplittingmachines,whicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofitspublicationasEN.Themachinesconcernedbythisstandardarethoseusedinslaughterhouses.Theyarefittedwithacuttingdeviceandaredrivenbyelectric,hydraulicand/orpneumaticenergy.Theutilizedcuttingtoolsare:?circularsaws,?splittingtools.Threetypesofmachinesareconsidered(seeFigures1to11):?Splittingmachinesforporkcarcasses,typeA(splitter),?Splittingmachinesforporkcarcasses,typeB(circularsaw),?Splittingmachinesforbeefcarcasses,typeC(circularsaw).Therearetwodifferentoperationcycles:?carcassescanbesplittedwhentheyareatstandstill(ingeneraltheyarehangingonasequenceconveyedtransportsystem);?carcassescanalsobesplittedduringtheircontinuousmovementbyconveyor;inthiscasethemovementofthetoolissynchronizedwiththatofthecarcass.Whenthesplitisfinished,thecuttingtoolreturnsautomaticallytoitsinitialposition.Themachinesrunautomatically.Undernormaloperatingconditionsthereisnomanualintervention.
