【摘要】:a.ThisBritishStandardstatestherequirementsfor'Minyvin'typecablesforaircraftwiring.Thecablesaresuitableforuseincircuitsinwhichthevoltagebetweenconductors,betweenaconductorandametalbraidsurroundingit,andbetweenaconductorandtheaircraftstructure,nowhereexceeds300voltsr.m.s.,andinwhichthefrequencydoesnotexceed1600c/s.Thecableswillwithstandatransientvoltageofupto1500volts.Thecablesaresuitableforusewhere,incontinuousservice,nocombinationofambienttemperatureandcon-ductorcurrentproducesastabilizedconductortemperatureinexcessof105°C.Theyaresuitableforfixedwiringin*Tobepronounced'mǐ'ny??n.+G.177.'Nyvintypeelectricalcablesforaircraft'.aircraftattemperaturesdownto—75°C,butarenotsuitableforsevereflexingattemperaturesbelow—30°C.ThecablesdonotsupportcombustionbuttheydonotcomplywiththerequirementsofBritishStandard2G100inrespectoffireresistance.Thecablesaresuitableforuseinareaswhereester-basefluidsarepresent.Atestandlimitforthepliabilityofthecablesisincludedinthisstandard(seeClause21).b.Thegenericname'Minyvin'isapplicableonlytocablescoveredbythisBritishStandardandcomplyingwithallitsrequirements.c.Thestandardincludesthefollowingrangesofcables:(i)Minyvin.CablewithatinnedcopperconductorandaninsulationofPVCcompoundandglassbraid,withanouterprotectivecoveringofnylon.(ii)Minyvinmetsheath.SimilartotheMinyvinrangebutwiththeadditionofametalstripbraidandanoverallnylonsheath.(iii)DuminyvinandTriminyvin.Two-orthree-corecablesconsistingoftwoorthreeMinyvincablestwistedtogether.d.Thecablesareclassifiedandidentifiedbyaseriesofnumbersindicativeoftheconductorcross-sectionalarea.ThenumberscorrespondtothoseusedforequivalentAmericancables.e.ThemaximumcurrentratingsforMinyvincablesarequotedinAppendixA.
