【摘要】:ThispartofIEC62257specifiesthegeneralrequirementsforthedesignandsafetyofgeneratorsusedindecentralizedruralelectrificationsystems.TheearthingsystemsoftheexposedconductivepartsandneutralearthingsystemswhichareconsideredinthistechnicalspecificationarethosespecifiedinIEC62257seriesforIES(seeIEC62257-9-3andIEC62257-9-4)andCES(IEC62257-9-2).ThistechnicalspecificationcontainsrequirementsforELVandLVPVarrays(seeTable1).Particularattentionmustbepaidtovoltagelevel,asthisisimportantforsafetyreasonsandhasaninfluenceonprotectivemeasuresandontheskillandabilitylevelofpeopleoperatingthesystems.Forthesakeofcompleteness,thistechnicalspecificationgivesrequirementsford.c.voltagesbelowandabove120V.Theaimistoprovidesafetyandfireprotectionrequirementsfor:?uninformedpersons,includingowner(s)/occupier(s)andusersofthepremiseswherephotovoltaicarraysareinstalled;?informedworkers(e.g.electricians)workingonthesesystems;and?emergencyworkers(forexamplefirefighters).ForinstallationofPVarraysseeIEC60364-7-712.

【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationisfortheproductionofconformityevidenceforFDP-FDPground-basedsysteminteroperabilitywhichhastobedeclaredbytheAirNavigationServiceProvider(ANSP)beforeputtingFDPsystemsintoservice.ThisTechnicalSpecificationdefinestheTechnical,OperationalandMaintenancerequirementsforFlightDataProcessing(ATC-ATC)systeminteroperability.FlightDataProcessing(FDP)interoperabilitybetweenATCunitsisakeyelementtofacilitateandharmoniseFlightDatasystemsdataexchangesandcriticaltothefunctioningofaharmonisedEuropeanAirTrafficManagementsystem.FDPInteroperabilitycanbeachievedbytheuseofdifferenttechniquesappropriatetotheoperationalneed,e.g.messageexchange,replicationmechanismsanddatasharing.Thearchitecturalframeworkinwhichthedifferentactorshavetointer-operateisofmajorimportancetodefinethecontextinwhichtheEuropeanStandardshavetobedeveloped.ForasystematicsolutiontocertainflightdatainconsistencyproblemscurrentlyexistinginEurope,thedefinitionofaFlightObject(FO)isrequiredtobecomeaconceptualsinglepointofreferenceforflightdatatobeusedbystakeholdersystems.InteroperabilityofFDP(ATC-ATC)includescoordinationandtransfer;correlationandsurveillance,facilitationofoptimumroutes;MTCDandresolutions;recoverysupport;ground-groundsituationawarenessandtrafficmanagement.AnysoftwareelementsrelatedtothesoftwareassurancelevelofaFDPSystemareoutsideofthescopeofthepresentdocument.AlthoughaconsensuscanbereachedonthepresentstateoftheartinFDPinteroperability,thisstateoftheartisnotmatureenoughtobeputintoaEuropeanStandard(EN).TheEuropeanCommitteeforStandardisationthusresolvedtorecordtheobtainedtechnicalconsensusasthepresentTechnicalSpecification,withinformativestatus.ThepresentdocumentthusdoesnotgivelegalpresumptionofconformitytoanypieceofEuropeanlegislation.
