【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60871isapplicabletobothcapacitorunitsandcapacitorbanksintendedtobeused,particularly,forpower-factorcorrectionofa.c.powersystemshavingaratedvoltageabove1000Vandfrequenciesof15Hzto60Hz.ThispartofIEC60871alsoappliestocapacitorsintendedforuseinpowerfiltercircuits.Additionaldefinitions,requirementsandtestsforfiltercapacitorsaregiveninAnnexB.AdditionalrequirementsforcapacitorsprotectedbyinternalfusesaswellasrequirementsfortheinternalfusesaregiveninIEC60871-4.Requirementsforcapacitorstobeprotectedbyexternalfuses,aswellasrequirementsforthesame,aregiveninAnnexC.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytocapacitorsoftheself-healingmetallizeddielectrictype.ThefollowingcapacitorsareexcludedfromthispartofIEC60871:–capacitorsforinductiveheat-generatingplantsoperatingatfrequenciesbetween40Hzand24000Hz(IEC60110-1);–seriescapacitorsforpowersystems(seetheIEC60143series);–capacitorsformotorapplicationsandthelike(seetheIEC60252series);–couplingcapacitorsandcapacitordividers(IEC60358);–shuntcapacitorsfora.c.powersystemshavingratedvoltageuptoandincluding1000V(seetheIEC60831andIEC60931series);–smalla.c.capacitorstobeusedforfluorescentanddischargelamps(IEC61048andIEC61049);–capacitorstobeusedinpowerelectroniccircuits(IEC61071);–capacitorsformicrowaveovens(IEC61270-1);–capacitorsforsuppressionofradiointerference;–capacitorsintendedforusewithd.c.voltagesuperimposedona.c.voltage.Accessoriessuchasinsulators,switches,instrumenttransformers,externalfuses,etc.areinaccordancewiththerelevantIECstandards.
